Return Policy

Your product may be returned within 30 days of purchase date if it is
still in new condition, to Osterhus Book and Gift Store with a receipt
for an exchange or refund. Items returned for a refund will be credited
to your credit card account. Items returned without a receipt will be
credited with a store credit.

We do not require a return authorization number to process returns. In
order to expedite the return process, please contact us at

hear how we can better serve you and why your purchase was not right
for you.

Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged due to their
specific nature.
Tracts from Osterhus Publishing House may not be returned as well.

In-Store Returns

Simply bring a purchase into our store. Please remember to bring your
original sales receipt along with your purchase. Our sales staff will
assist you with your exchange or refund.

Send us a Return

You may send products in new condition to us for a return. Simply
choose your favorite shipping company (US Mail, UPS, FedEx, etc). We
will process your refund immediately and contact you when we receive it.
Please include a note with the following information with the shipment:

* Your Ticket or Invoice number
* Your full name
* Address
* Phone Number
* A reason for the return
